Matco’s funds are priced daily (same day), are FundServ eligible, and prospectus qualified.
Minimums
Matco mutual funds are available with a minimum initial investment of $1,000 per fund, per account. Beyond the initial minimum investment requirement, there are no minimums for additional contributions.
Availability
Matco Mutual Funds Series A are available through authorized dealer companies.
Matco Mutual Funds Class F are available for fee-based accounts.
Matco Mutual Funds Class O are available for accounts of over $1,000,000.
Advisor Compensation
Matco charges a management fee of 0.75% for series A shares or units of the Matco Balanced Fund and Matco Canadian Equity Income Fund and a fee of 1.00% for series A shares or units of the Matco Energy Fund and Matco Small Cap Fund.
A trailer fee of 1.00% is payable by Matco to the applicable dealer in respect of all sales of series A shares or units of a Fund acquired through a dealer. This 1.00% serving commission payable by Matco is added to, and included in the above-listed management fee charged by Matco to shareholders and unitholders.
Your dealer may charge a front-end commission of up to 6% at the time of purchase of series A shares or units, Series A Shares which will reduce the amount of money you invest in the Funds. This is an agreement between you and your dealer.
