Nasrat joined Matco Financial in 2022 and currently serves as a Research Analyst. In his role, he supports the investment team through in-depth equity and market research, contributing to security selection, portfolio construction, and ongoing due diligence. He is involved in the firm’s fundamental research process and supports the development of investment strategies across Matco’s suite of mandates. 

Nasrat began his career in 2017 with Altus Group, where he worked as an Analyst within the Research, Valuation, and Advisory division. During his time there, he was responsible for preparing detailed valuation and market analysis reports for a wide range of commercial real estate assets across Western Canada. 

Outside of the office, Nasrat enjoys spending time outdoors golfing, cycling, and camping. He is also an active community volunteer, having most recently served a seven-year term as a board member on the Ismaili Council’s Grants and Review Board.
